What's new in SegmentOS
We've shipped a batch of updates aimed at one thing: getting you from a question to a decision with less friction. Here's what's new, starting with the one most of you will use every week.
Share live results with a link (and export to PDF)
Your results no longer live behind a login. Turn on a read-only report link and send it to a client, a stakeholder, or your team. They see the same charts you do, and the report keeps updating as responses come in. No screenshots, no exports to keep in sync, no "let me pull the latest numbers."
When you need something to attach or print, export the whole report to PDF in a click.
Why it matters: research is only useful when the people who make decisions can see it. A live link means the person who needs the answer always has the current one.
Now in English, Spanish, and Chinese
The entire SegmentOS interface is now available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. It detects your browser language automatically the first time you visit, and you can switch anytime, including on the login screen.
You can also field a survey in more than one language, so respondents answer in the language they actually think in. Translating a survey is assisted by AI to get you a first pass fast, which you can then refine.
Why it matters: good research depends on respondents understanding the question exactly. Running a study across markets no longer means running it in someone else's language.
Pricing research, built in
Pricing is one of the hardest questions a company asks, so we built the method in. Add a price sensitivity block (Van Westendorp) and SegmentOS produces the four price-sensitivity curves and the optimal price point for you. No spreadsheet gymnastics, no outside analyst.
Testing a lineup? Compare several products or plans side by side with the same respondents in a single survey.
Why it matters: you can answer "what should we charge" with real data from your actual audience, in the same tool you already use.
A question library that remembers your work
Stop rewriting the same questions. Save any question to your library, organize it with collections, tags, and private notes, and drop it into any future survey. Need a starting point? Draft questions with AI on a topic and edit from there.
Why it matters: consistent questions make studies comparable over time, and reuse means you spend your time on the new thinking, not the boilerplate.
A faster builder
Small things that add up:
Autosave. Your edits are saved as you work, so nothing is lost if you switch tabs or add logic mid-thought.
Command palette. Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) to jump to any survey, action, or page instantly.
Drag and drop. Reorder questions and sections, and group questions into labeled sections, by dragging.
Why it matters: the less time you spend fighting the tool, the more surveys you actually ship.
Know which responses you can trust
More responses is not the same as more usable responses. Every study now shows a data quality view: how many respondents were screened out, sped through, or submitted more than once, and how many are left in your genuinely usable base. When quality dips on a study, we surface it on the results overview instead of burying it.
Why it matters: you should know the real size of the dataset you're deciding from, not just the headline count.
Build a study, reach verified respondents in your market, and get answers back in days.
Everything a research team does. Without the research team.
With SegmentOS you can build the study, reach a verified audience, and get data you can actually trust. End to end, no research background required.
Data quality
Every study runs through device fingerprinting, speeding detection, attention checks, and screener disqualification.

Try it
All of this is live now. Open your dashboard to see it, or start a new survey to try the builder.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Who can see a shared report link, and is it secure?
Only people you send the link to. The report is a private, read-only view: viewers see your charts and live numbers but cannot edit anything or reach the rest of your account. You can turn a link off at any time, and once you do, it stops working for everyone.
Which languages does SegmentOS support?
The interface is available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese, and it detects your browser language automatically the first time you visit. You can also field a survey in more than one language so respondents answer in the language they think in, with AI to speed up a first-pass translation you can refine.
Do I need a statistician to run pricing research?
No. Add a price sensitivity block and SegmentOS runs the Van Westendorp analysis for you, producing the four price-sensitivity curves and the optimal price point. You can also compare several products or plans side by side with the same respondents in one survey.
Can I reuse questions across surveys?
Yes. Save any question to your library, organize it with collections, tags, and private notes, and drop it into any future survey. You can also draft new questions with AI on a topic and edit from there, which keeps your studies consistent and comparable over time.
How do I know my responses are good quality?
Every study includes a data quality view that shows how many respondents were screened out, sped through, or submitted more than once, and how many are left in your genuinely usable base. When quality dips on a study, we surface it on the results overview instead of leaving you to find it.
