Event Feedback Survey. Find out what landed and what didn't — while it's still fresh.
A structured event evaluation survey covering content quality, speaker effectiveness, logistics, and event NPS — designed to be sent within 24 hours of the event while attendee experience is fresh. Works for conferences, webinars, workshops, and company meetings. Launch in under 2 minutes.
Overall event satisfaction
The top-line rating — did attendees feel the event was worth their time?
Content quality
Were the sessions relevant, valuable, and at the right depth? Content is almost always the primary driver of overall satisfaction at professional events.
Speaker effectiveness
For multi-speaker events, individual speaker ratings identify standouts and weak links — useful for future speaker selection and event design.
Logistics and production
For in-person events: venue, registration, catering, AV quality. For virtual: platform experience, audio/video quality, technical issues. Logistics rarely drive satisfaction but consistently drive dissatisfaction when they fail.
Event NPS
"How likely are you to recommend this event to a colleague?" A direct measure of event advocacy — the best predictor of attendance at future events.
Intent to attend again
Would attendees come to the next edition? If yes, what would make them more likely? If no, what held them back?
Send within 24 hours
Attendee memory is sharpest in the first 24 hours. Send the survey link via your event platform, email, or end-of-event QR code while the experience is fresh.
Customize for your event type
The template has separate question sets for in-person and virtual events — adjust the logistics questions to match your format.
Collect responses
For your own attendees, share the link directly. Premium plan covers unlimited responses. For multi-day events, consider a brief mid-event pulse (3 questions) plus the full survey at close.
Read your results
Overall satisfaction distribution, content and speaker ratings, logistics scores, event NPS, and intent to return. For multi-session events, per-session ratings identify which content to repeat and which to retire.
Simple pricing. No surprise invoices.
Common questions
When should I send the event feedback survey?
Within 24 hours of the event closing — ideally within 2–4 hours. Response rates drop significantly after 48 hours. For multi-day events, send at the close of each day rather than waiting until the full event is over.
How long should an event feedback survey be?
8–12 questions is the sweet spot for a single-event post-survey. Longer surveys see sharply lower completion rates from attendees who are fatigued post-event. If you need to rate multiple sessions individually, keep the per-session rating to a 5-point scale only — don't add open text per session or the survey becomes too long.
Should I make the survey anonymous?
For corporate events where attendees are employees or clients, anonymous surveys produce more candid feedback. If you need to link responses to specific attendees (for follow-up or reporting by attendee segment), collect name or email as optional rather than required. For public conferences, collecting email is standard — attendees expect it for the final recording or resource distribution.
What's a good event NPS score?
Event NPS benchmarks vary by event type. Corporate events and internal conferences typically run 40–60 NPS. Professional conferences run 20–40. Webinars often run 10–30 depending on content density and interactivity. Scores below 0 indicate the event failed to meet expectations for the majority of attendees.
